• If an item (such as glassware or instruments) arrives broken inside the box, we will offer an exchange.

• To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing:

  • The unopened package

  • The process of opening the package

  • The damaged item inside

3. Important Conditions

• The unboxing video must be recorded without any cuts or pauses from start to finish.

• Any claim without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

• Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• No refunds will be issued; only replacement of the damaged product will be provided after verification.
