Do I have to be at least 18 years old to order from you?

Yes.

How do i add products to shopping cart?

We do not use a shopping cart system for security reasons and to simplify the ordering process. All shopping cart systems store order specific information (products, customer details, IP address, etc.). We do not store any order specific details!

What if i need more than one product?

You will have to purchase each product separately. We consider that security and discreetness is more important than a couple of minutes spent.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free by Registered Airmail.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from several warehouses: UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium.

How fast are orders dispatched?

All orders are dispatched within maximum 48 hrs after orders are sent to us. Your products will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

What does the package look like, and is it discreet?

It’s a neat white padded cardboard envelope with nothing mentioning the content on the outside.

What am i to do if the package is damaged when i receive it or if it is missing?

In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment.
